Veterinary Receptionist - CSR

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing superior customer service and possesses excellent communication skills, who is friendly, professional and courteous. It is important for this person to be able to multi-task with continuous interruptions. Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls accordingly Client & patient admissions Notifications to the clinical staff that patients have arrived Scan/Import electronically any medical records into the patient file Ensure the lobby and reception areas are organized, tidy, including stocking and cleaning the beverage areas for clients Obtain deposits and payments from clients Check out clients and schedule follow-up appointments Maintain hospital email, replying to or forwarding messages if necessary Have a great sense of humor and likes to have fun Other duties as assigned Familiarity With Veterinary and/or medical terminology and protocols Working in a team environment Proficiency In Customer Service Handling multiple tasks and priorities Multi-line telephone systems SMS client messaging Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Education High School diploma or equivalent Veterinary experience is required. (2 years minimum)
