Office Support Job Description:
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bilingual a plus Knowledge of computer operations and good computer skills Ability to type and operate office equipment with accuracy Knowledge and ability to use grammar, spelling, and punctuation Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills Working knowledge of office procedures Ability to learn, interpret, and explain policies, regulations and programs Ability to resolve problem situations Ability to use phone answering system. Other duties assigned as assigned by supervisor.
ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
