Cleveland School Animal Hospital is a ever growing, busy small animal practice looking for part time (3 days a week) to full time (4 days a week) receptionist for long term position. Experience in the veterinary field required. We are looking for a personable and dependable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred applicants have at least 1 year experience in order to be considered for this position. Duties include managing a multi-line phone system efficiently, scheduling appointments, writing up files, confirming records and updating computers. Looking for candidates that exceptional in customer care, good at organization, and attention to detail. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Typical schedules are 4 days a week. Flexible schedules also available such as working 5 days a week but only in the afternoon. No weekend hours. Salary based on experience, benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance, employer matched retirement, and pet health care discounts.
