Job Description
Busy law office needs a part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist/front desk for 22-23 hours-per-week . The job duties include greeting clients, managing files, assisting paralegals and attorneys with client communication, and preparation of routine correspondence in English and Spanish. Please note that this position is Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 1:00 PM . There may be some flexibility and additional hours offered if we need to cover other shifts. Pay is $16.00 per hour. We are looking for someone who has experience with customer service, likes to interact with clients, is motivated, highly organized, and a hard worker. This is an entry level position, but many of our receptionists have later become legal assistants, paralegals, and two of our former receptionists have become NC certified paralegals.
