Job Description

InnerGlow Health is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support daily operations and patient care. We are a fast-paced, patient-centered practice focused on providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care. This role is essential in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients while helping maintain efficient clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Answer phones and patient messages Coordinate referrals and new patient onboarding Verify insurance eligibility and assist with basic billing questions Collect copays and manage patient balances Maintain organization of daily schedule and provider flow Assist with administrative tasks as needed Assist with basic vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, weight) as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with technology and electronic systems Prior medical office or front desk experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
Ideal Candidate:
Warm, professional, and patient-focused Proactive and able to problem-solve independently Comfortable setting boundaries with patients when needed Team player who thrives in a growing practice
Schedule:
Monday:
12:00 PM
  • 7:30 PM (30-minute break) Tuesday
  • Friday:
    9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends
Pay:
$16.00

00 per hour
