Job Description

Job Overview A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic information to customers and visitors Assist with placing claim orders Edit CIA and 50/50 Orders Process production tickets and law labeling Keep the reception area clean and organized Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualities Friendly and positive attitude Attention to detail Time management skills Problem-solving ability Sample Job Summary "We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support.
