In this vibrant role, you will serve as the friendly face of our spa, managing front desk operations, assisting clients with appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage appointment scheduling using multi-line phone systems and computer software to optimize spa flow and reduce wait times Handle front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, treatment rooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars for staff scheduling Support office management activities including inventory control, supply ordering, and bookkeeping using Booker. Provide support to clients by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette Proficiency in office management tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks Knowledge of computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy for administrative support tasks Familiarity with office experience including calendar management, proofing documents, and general clerical duties Ability to handle personal assistant responsibilities such as appointment scheduling and time management effectively Basic bookkeeping skills including familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a client-focused environment and are eager to contribute to a positive wellness experience.
