Job Description

Animal Hospital of Kannapolis is seeking a responsible, dependable, and task-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our two-doctor practice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the veterinary profession or a medical office setting and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing compassionate client care. Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Answering multi-line phones Checking patients in and out Scheduling follow-up and new patient appointments Collecting payments Communicating with clients professionally and compassionately Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily front office operations
Qualifications:
Veterinary or medical office experience preferred Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology is a plus Familiarity with Pulse veterinary software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Dependable, motivated, and compassionate personality Ability to work well independently and as part of a team We are looking for someone who is dedicated, personable, and committed to providing exceptional care and service to both our patients and clients.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
