As an independent, physical therapist-owned facility, Taylor Rehab provides advanced, evidence-based treatment for various conditions, including back pain, neck pain, and post-surgical recovery. Supported by a skilled team of physical therapists including some with fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy, services include hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, dry needling, and cupping. We tailor treatment programs aimed at pain relief, healing, and injury prevention. Taylor Rehab accepts most private insurance plans, including workmen's compensation and Medicare, ensuring accessible care for a broad range of patients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Mooresville, NC. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, including greeting patients, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additional tasks include managing patient records, verifying insurance information, and providing administrative support to the team. The role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering calls, scheduling, and providing information to patients Proficient in Clerical Skills with attention to detail, such as managing records, data entry, and filing Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals Customer Service skills to create a positive experience and address patient inquiries with care and professionalism Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment High level of reliability and punctuality Experience in healthcare or medical office settings is a plus Proficiency with scheduling and office management software is desirable
