As a CSR at MCH you will be the heart of our operations - greeting clients, running the front desk, and offering a friendly and empathetic voice to those who need help. We welcome candidates who bring the following skills and attributes: 2+ years of experience working as a veterinary receptionist 4+ years of experience working in a customer service setting Fear Free handling skills and/or certification Proficiency in patient triage both virtually and face-to-face Proficiency managing financial transactions Proficiency coordinating patient check-in, admission, and discharge Ability to maintain digital medical records using practice software Proficiency identifying prescription medications for the purpose of refills Proficiency with
