Job Description

We are seeking full-time Front Desk staff in Pembroke to oversee administrative tasks and keep the team organized. Your impact on the team's mission The Front Desk staff member is a pivotal role on the SEIC team, ensuring that business operations and activities are organized and moving forward. This pivotal role is responsible for providing administrative support to staff, overseeing phone communications and being the face of the organization for all who enter the location. Some of the daily activities you would do as the Front Desk staff are: Greet the public and refer them to the appropriate staff member Scan documents and place them in charts, fax correspondence, manage the mail Maintain the front lobby area to be clean and free of clutter and welcoming Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensuring successful meetings Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with
