1:00 PM•7:00

PM Thursday:

8:00 AM•7:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM•7:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM•7:00 PM Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with administrative and clerical tasks Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner Receive and distribute mail and deliveries Help support daily office operations as needed Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work independently Basic computer and phone skills required Why Join Our Team?
