The position is in-office , and working hours will be mutually agreed upon. The office is located conveniently near Highway 440 and North Hills. Our address is 3737 Benson Dr, Dorchester Village, Raleigh, NC 27609. The Receptionist's day-to-day duties will include: Greets and welcomes guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answers and returns client phone calls. Directs phone calls to the appropriate individual. Schedules appointments and maintains the master calendar. Maintains a clean and organized reception area. Assists with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supply orders. Handles inquiries and provides information to visitors and callers. Performs other duties as needed. To be qualified for the Receptionist position, you must have: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Experience with scheduling appointments and maintaining a master calendar. Extensive Experience working with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers). Solid English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills. A history of maintaining confidentiality and trustworthiness.
