  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized bilingual Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and support office operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse clientele. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations across various departments. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle front desk responsibilities including check-ins, appointments, and inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing supplies, and assisting with administrative projects Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and maintaining office correspondence Maintain organization of office space to ensure a clean and efficient environment Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred Experience with front desk operations or receptionist duties highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is advantageous Bilingual abilities
REQUIRED
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills required for effective customer service Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is beneficial but not mandatory This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and organizational skills are highly valued. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting daily operations while providing outstanding service to clients and visitors alike.
