Receptionist (USD)#26-14036 Raleigh, NC Onsite Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and administrative support in a local office setting. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Maintain front desk presence and ensure office coverage during business hours
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; assist with outgoing mail
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including light data entry
  • Provide general support to onsite team members as needed Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attendance habits
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, web-based systems) Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail or high-interaction customer service experience
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience
  • Experience working in a professional office environment Skills & Competencies
