Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, store navigation, and checkout processes Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Assist with inventory management through stock checks, inventory counts, and replenishment activities Support sales goals by actively promoting products and services aligned with customer needs Requirements Previous retail sales experience or cashiering background preferred; supervisory experience a plus Strong communication skills in both English and another language (bilingual) to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations is desirable Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of retail math concepts such as pricing, discounts, and profit margins This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant retail environment where your energy makes a difference.
