REQUIRED SHIFTS
Wednesdays 2-6pm Thursday and Fridays 6:45am-11:30am and 2pm-6pm Every other Weekend Saturday am 8:45-11am and Sundays 1:45-4pm ## Job Summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Pet Wagon of Southport. We are a daycare and boarding kennel for dogs and cats. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients ## Duties- Greet and welcome customers and pets as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- ## Experience
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficient with office equipment (e.g., printers) and software (e.g., MS Office)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented approach

Job Types:
