Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks. Your energy and organizational skills will ensure a smooth daily flow, creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently. Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed. Maintain a tidy front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized for daily use. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing front desk operations in busy environments. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively. Knowledge of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred. Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is a plus but not required.
