Job Description

Join our team at Bobcat of Mandan! We are a locally owned small business looking to build a career for a motivated individual. Our employees are our best assets and as a team, we do all that we can to deliver high-quality results for our customers. The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and welcoming customers via phone, email or in person and general office maintenance at our location in Mandan, ND.
Job duties include:
Answer customer inquiries & general customer service via phone and email. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Office and Supply Maintenance Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. General Computer work, within Microsoft Suite. Website Equipment Listing Updates and Maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Web based marketing experience. Ability to handle office equipment, such as the telephone system, printer and the fax machine Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Good telephone communication etiquette. Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking Fast and eager learner Customer service attitude High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
