Job Description

Receptionist & Finance Support Coordinator Location:
Grand Island, Nebraska Reports to: Director of North American Finance and On-Site Leadership Position Summary The Receptionist & Finance Support Coordinator serves as the front-line administrative support role for the office while also assisting with day-to-day financial processing and documentation workflows. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, handling incoming mail, processing payments, organizing invoices, and supporting communication between the local office and the off-site Finance Department. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both receptionist and administrative finance support duties. Primary Responsibilities Reception & Office Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors, vendors, and customers professionally Maintain front office organization and appearance Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Assist with office supply ordering and general administrative tasks Finance & Administrative Support Open and sort incoming financial mail Process incoming payments and assist with deposit preparation Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Scan invoices and financial documents to the off-site Finance Department Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Assist with tracking missing documentation and approvals Support month-end documentation collection as requested Team Support Coordinate communication between office staff and Finance Department Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information Assist with additional administrative or clerical projects as assigned Qualifications Preferred Experience 1-3 years receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience Experience with invoices, payments, or accounting support preferred Manufacturing or office environment experience is a plus Skills Strong organization and attention to detail Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Comfortable using scanners, email, and Microsoft Office programs Dependable and able to work independently
Compensation Expected Pay Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
