  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization.
In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your friendly demeanor and efficient office management skills will ensure a smooth and professional environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual, tech-savvy, and experienced in administrative tasks, ready to support daily office functions with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing and data entry tasks Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and messages with professionalism and accuracy Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and maintaining records Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, filing, and data entry to ensure operational efficiency Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with office management procedures and clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment is essential Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial tasks Ability to manage time efficiently while supporting multiple administrative functions Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Join our team where your organizational talents and friendly approach will make a meaningful difference every day!
