Responsibilities of Front Desk Receptionist:
Willingness to assist on the floor as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) when needed Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Operate the paging and telephone system Greet visitors, residents, families, and vendors warmly and professionally Provide directions and general information to guests and visitors Maintain current resident and staff contact information Report suspicious activity or concerns to management immediately Help ensure visitors follow facility policies and procedures Maintain resident confidentiality and protect resident rights Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed Operate office equipment including phones, copiers, and computers Sort mail and take accurate messages Participate in training and in-service education Help maintain a calm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere throughout the facility Ensure office and administrative supplies remain stocked Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications for
Front Desk Receptionist:
