Salon Receptionist Concepts Salon - Omaha, NE About Us Concepts Salon has proudly been part of the Omaha community since 1987.

We are more than just a salon—we're a close-knit team of talented stylists who genuinely enjoy working together and creating a welcoming, upbeat environment for both our clients and each other. About the Role We are looking for a fun, energetic, and hardworking individual to join our salon family! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and managing client appointments Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service Processing transactions (credit card and cash handling) Operating a POS/credit card system Assisting with daily front desk operations Multitasking in a busy salon environment What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable handling money and transactions Excellent communication and customer service skills Tuesday-Friday & Saturday shifts needed Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, team-oriented environment Fun, upbeat workplace culture Opportunity to grow within the salon industry Work alongside experienced and talented stylists
