This position is a high profile member of our team who has the opportunity to positively interact daily with visitors, family members, team members and residents. Guest Relations is the HEART of the facility by encouraging upbeat interactions that occur through each positive greeting, helpful direction, and valuable answers to guest questions. They have strong computer skills to include Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Receptionist have an excellent record of being service oriented, confidential and loyal and display a pleasant disposition when greeting guests and team members and demonstrate effective telephone communication.
