Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and administrative backbone of our office. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and be highly organized. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive experience for visitors, to develop your administrative skills while contributing to our workplace. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using professional phone etiquette Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars and greeting clients Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office operations with accuracy and attention to detail Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office to streamline administrative tasks Support bookkeeping activities and assist with basic financial record keeping as needed Coordinate office supplies inventory, manage incoming correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Strong typing skills combined with data entry accuracy and speed Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment Experience as a receptionist is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs J oin us as a Secretary/Receptionist where your proactive approach and organizational expertise will make an immediate impact.
