Job Description

Davidson & Stone, PLLC is a family-owned accounting and financial services firm in Concord, NH. We take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients and creating a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a dependable and personable receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team and serve as the face of our front office.
What You'll Do:
You will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and managing the reception area Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Communicating with clients and supporting their experience with the firm Making bank deposits and handling basic business errands Ordering, organizing, and maintaining office supplies Scanning documents and maintaining accurate records Assisting CPA's and advisors with a variety of administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Detail-oriented and self-directed. You take initiative and follow through Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Exel) Professional, reliable, and a great team player with a positive attitude Secretarial skills Experience in banking, accounting or financial services a plus
