Clubhouse Staff

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team for the 2026 season. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional experience and maintaining a warm, welcoming atompsphere throughout the clubhouse.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills A Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Basic serving or customer service experience (preferred, but not required) A Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service The ability to multitask and stay organized This is an excellent opportunity for a high school or college students seeking hands on experience in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, delivering exceptional customer service Take orders at the kitchen window and deliver food and beverages to members promptly and accurately Assist in executing event plans for the 2026 season, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-of-house areas Collaborate with team members to foster a friendly, positive, and efficient work environment Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Experience in food service or cash handling is beneficial. Ability to work well with children and create a friendly environment for families. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
