• Has experience with phone answering and administrative roles in a professional office environment or is eager to learn and adapt quickly.
• Is highly organized, disciplined, and able to multitask effectively in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
• Is familiar with Microsoft, Google Workspace
• Experienced in handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Has their own source of transportation Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering phone calls Greeting clients and visitors Sorting mail Scheduling and organizing Conference room management Other administrative tasks and general facility oversight

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (approx. 3-5 days/week), between 8am-5pm

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
