Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Location:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (M-F)
Pay Rate:
$20.00/
Hour Interview Type:
Virtual Responsibilities:
Greet and assist incoming guests and visitors in a professional manner Notify Executive Assistants through Microsoft Teams when guests arrive Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the United States Distribute visitor badges, issue facility access cards, and schedule meeting rooms Support mail services team with daily reports and assist with office administrative tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Assist with small office projects, phone/speed dial list updates, and loaner cell phone distribution Support other departments with administrative tasks such as labels, manuals, and general office support
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams skills Professional attitude with strong customer service and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing work pace and situations Administrative and office support experience preferred Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available for heavier lifting)
