Job Description
About the Role BMW of Bridgewater is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our service department. This is a key role in a high-volume, luxury dealership environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience with every interaction. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming service calls in a prompt, professional manner Schedule service appointments using Dealertrack and MyKaarma (training provided) Greet service customers upon arrival and direct them appropriately Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately Scan, file, and organize service repair orders Provide front desk and administrative support across departments as needed Requirements 2+ years of customer service experience (required) Automotive dealership experience preferred Familiarity with Dealertrack and/or MyKaarma is a plus Strong multitasking and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional demeanor and appearance Must be able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ 08807 Available Monday-Friday, 10.00 AM- 7:00 PM; weekend availability a plus Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus commission on scheduled appointments Health, Dental, Vision, Life, insurance options 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and paid time off Employee vehicle discount Monthly employer-sponsored events Career growth opportunities within a high-performing dealership About BMW of Bridgewater BMW of Bridgewater has been serving Central New Jersey for over two decades.
