Elmwood Park, NJ, 07407 Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Elmwood Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers Maintain office common areas and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional attitude and appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus How to Apply If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications, please submit your resume and cover letter to our HR department. ```Similar remote jobs
