Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination. Assist customers with basic inquiries and route them to the appropriate team. Provide general (non-technical) guidance to customers navigating the platform or services. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and filing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer support. Escalate complex customer, technical, or service-related issues to relevant departments. Maintain accurate visitor logs and office records. Preferred (but not required): Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant. Experience in legal, fintech, or professional services environments. Basic understanding of customer support or legal processes.
