The ideal candidate should have experience in dental office administration and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Verify insurance information and process payments
  • Maintain patient records accurately
  • Assist with billing and coding procedures
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the dental office operations
Skills:
