Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth office management and support the overall efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in administrative tasks, ready to contribute positively to our professional environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills. Handle all incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route messages accurately using office management software. Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies. Uphold confidentiality while managing sensitive information with professionalism. Experience Prior office experience in a receptionist or administrative role is not required; . Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette. Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, calendar management, and customer service is essential.
