Fluency in both English and Korean language is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. Duties Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately within the office Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and personal assistance as needed Receptionist to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
