This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Spanish speaking is a plus. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Handle all front desk duties, mail, maintenance scheduling, and visitors. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage correspondence via email and phone. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and be familiar with Real Page Onesite software, a plus. Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively. Strong computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a property management assistant. Knowledge of clerical procedures including calendar management, filing systems, and office supply inventory control.
