Job Description

The Animal Clinic of Hammonton is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! Our hospital is a small animal, full-service general practice hospital in Hammonton New Jersey. We see wellness as well as sick appointments, and we are able to run most diagnostics in house. This position would be primarily checking in and checking out patients and clients, answering phones, making appointments, screening/responding to emails, handling online prescriptions requests, and communicating with clients. Our ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker, efficient worker, team player, great customer service skills, friendly, positive, punctual, reliable, and dependable. Pay rate is based off of experience. We are daytime only Monday - Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm. No overnights! Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Assistant/Technician required. Experience with Covetrus Pulse (eVet) software a plus! Bilingual a plus! We have an awesome team and we are growing at a wonderful rate! Let us know if you want to be part of this team!
