Answer the phone and take messages Learning and utilizing an online scheduling system to schedule appointments for new and current patients Preparing patient charts for daily appointments Calling insurance companies for coverage verification, benefits, and eligibility Checking patients in and out for appointments Collecting payments from patients Billing insurance companies and submitting claims Maintaining the tidiness and organization of the office Filing charts Maintaining online presences (social media, website)
