- EBCHC Reception Overview New Jersey's academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care, and conducting research, all with the goal of improving human health.
- 12 month Position Pension Eligibility PERS Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Two (2) years of progressively responsible clerical/general experience, preferably in a physician, hospital or health center setting including receptionist and scheduling duties, required.
Equipment Utilized Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands:
This position requires standing, walking, use of hands to finger, handle or feel, ability to reach with hands and arms 1/3 of the time; manual dexterity use of keyboard to enter data and video display terminal to receive and send information and data. Ability to talk or hear up to 2/3 of the time and sitting over 2/3 of the time. Must have clear vision at 20 inches or less (close vision). Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs; ability to stoop and bend; ability to reach and grasp objects.Work Environment:
Moderate noise.
