Job Description
VIP Honda is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. Spanish speaking is a HUGE plus. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive dealership experience while supporting our sales and service departments. Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Support dealership staff with various clerical duties Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but not required Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Employee discounts Opportunities for growth within the dealership
