Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in office management, multitasking, and maintaining a positive, professional environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries with accuracy and professionalism. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations. Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations. Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and maintaining records to support office efficiency. Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall workflow. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of customer service principles to provide exceptional support to patients and clients. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping. Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required.
