About us K Cooling and Heating is a small business providing HVAC Services in Parsippany, NJ.
Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Receptionist to join our team.Primary Responsibilities Include:
Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to:- Maintain General Ledger
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Processing payroll
- Payment of Sales and Use Tax
- Filing
- Multi-Tasking
- Answering Phone / Scheduling Service Calls
- Managing Data Entry into Quickbooks
Handling/Posting Deposits Experience:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online, a Plus
- Knowledge of Paychex Payroll, a
