Sirius Staffing is seeking a Receptionist / Office Services Coordinator for a contract role in Piscataway, NJ.
Pay:
$24.00 to $26.00/ hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM + PTO accrual
Summary:
This role is responsible for front desk operations, workspace and conference room management, administrative support, facility coordination, supply inventory, mailroom assistance, and employee support services. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors while managing visitor sign-in procedures.
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
- Coordinate workspace reservations, conference room scheduling, and meeting/event setup.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Support mailroom operations, package deliveries, and office communications.
- Maintain office, breakroom, conference room, and coffee station supplies and inventory.
- Assist with catering, employee events, meetings, and special functions.
- Monitor office facilities, report maintenance issues, and support workspace organization.
- Ensure conference rooms, common areas, and office equipment remain clean, organized, and operational.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, guests, and visitors.
Required High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in reception, administrative support, customer service, hospitality, or office coordination preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and scheduling systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
