Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview Excellent opportunity to join a busy allergy, asthma and immunology practice with seven offices located in Riverdale, Paramus, Morristown, Branchburg, River Edge. Flemington, and Edison New Jersey. Availability to work in Riverdale, Morristown and Paramus is a MUST. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for the patients. Strong organizational skills. Team player. Work well with others within the organization. Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office. Detail oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Available to work some evenings and weekends Availability to work in three locations (Riverdale, Morristown and Paramus) Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Handle incoming correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism Support clerical functions such as copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining organized records Schedule patient appointments Prepare and bring patients into the exam rooms Helping to keep the office tidy Join our team where your enthusiasm meets professionalism! $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
