This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth front desk operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued, but not required. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries Provide outstanding guest services, including answering questions, giving tours, and resolving issues promptly Maintain accurate records of member information Maintain a clean workspace and shake bar area Maintain a well stocked fridge and inform management when inventory is low Monitor gym floor activities and conduct sweeps to ensure things are put back in the correct place Skills Customer service skills Knowledge of ABC data track system (not required but preferred) Ability to communicate efficiently with management. Mutli-tasking Ability to stand for 6-8 hours Ability to lift 50+ pounds This position offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
