About the Role As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a hands-on, front-facing role responsible for managing a high volume of calls and walk-ins, processing payments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy law office. Responsibilities Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations, and manage a busy office calendar Process and record client payments accurately, and provide receipts Respond to client inquiries and route messages to the appropriate attorney or staff member Maintain accurate client contact information and assist with basic data entry Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to relay client communications and support office workflow Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support firm operations Ability to Relocate West New York, NJ 07093: Relocate before starting work (Required)
