Receptionist/Data Entry

Job Overview Cabin Crafters, a leader in luxury aircraft interiors is hiring for Reception/Data Entry . In this role you will greet visitors, answer phones, generate reports, and complete daily data entry and filing. This is a bilingual English/Spanish position. Responsibilities Answer phone and record customer information for incoming work requests. Enter employee hours worked for specific projects and tasks into computer program. Must have computer skills. Specific program training will be provided. Generate reports and review for accuracy Support payroll by reporting employees' weekly hours from timecards. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Math aptitude Attention to detail and maintaining accurate records

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
