Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a detail oriented Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail. Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating deliveries effectively Answering calls from customers regarding their inquiries and setting up orders/ deliveries Processing payments daily Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying Skills Customer Service skills Must be able to multi-task Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a bonus Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus Quick-books knowledge a plus
