The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented and enjoy communicating with diverse audiences. This entry-level position calls for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and learning through exciting and challenging hands-on experiences. This position has potential for growth and is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our firm. Responsibilities, include but not limited to the following: Answering phone calls on a multiline system Greeting visitors Posting mail Clerical assignments Fluent in MS office suite Qualifications Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance, polished demeanor as well as respect for confidentiality, and discretion Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Detailoriented Friendly disposition, with a sense of humor Prior experience in a law firm a plus

Location:

Teaneck, New Jersey Salary - Starting salary $45k/year Hours - Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm
