Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm (18 hours a week) Duties to include:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Greet and check-in patients
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage information to patients
- Perform light filing and general administrative tasks
- Assist Office Manager with light billing and insurance related duties.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills with multi tasking abilities a plus.
- Comfortable, friendly working environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn office software(WebPT).
- Prior medical office or customer service experience is a plus. Physical Therapy office experience a plus and Spanish-speaking ability a plus.
- On the job training will be offered to the right candidate.
