Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant Action Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation Totowa, NJ Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications In-person patient scheduling Filing Assisting medical staff Medical scheduling Office record organization Full Job Description Seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy outpatient physical therapy practice.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm (18 hours a week) Duties to include:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Greet and check-in patients
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage information to patients
  • Perform light filing and general administrative tasks
  • Assist Office Manager with light billing and insurance related duties.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with multi tasking abilities a plus.
  • Comfortable, friendly working environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn office software(WebPT).
  • Prior medical office or customer service experience is a plus. Physical Therapy office experience a plus and Spanish-speaking ability a plus.
  • On the job training will be offered to the right candidate.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
